If you have contacted a Moortek Technician and they have requested you start a remote support session please click on the icon below:
Instructions: Once you have clicked on the above icon,a new window will appear. Click "save" When asked where you would like to save the files, select "desktop" and then click "save". Minimise or close all windows to return to your desktop. There will be a new icon called "remote support" Double click on this icon to run the program. If any firewall software asks if you would like to allow access to this file, click "yes" or "allow" When the program has started please await further instrutions from a technician.
